Behind every great restaurant is a great chef. Enter Executive Chef Massimo Cagliari. His experience in the industry began at the age of 12, working in a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant until he turned 18. From there, his culinary career took off and has grown to include some of the most prestigious locations around the country including Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, T.J.’s Trattoria in Pennington, New Jersey, and Rao’s Italian Restaurant in the Theater District in Manhattan.
