Behind every great restaurant is a great chef. Enter Executive Chef Massimo Cagliari. His experience in the industry began at the age of 12, working in a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant until he turned 18. From there, his culinary career took off and has grown to include some of the most prestigious locations around the country including Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, T.J.'s Trattoria in Pennington, New Jersey, and Rao's Italian Restaurant in the Theater District in Manhattan.
GENERAL MANAGER - Tim Alles
Service is so important in this industry and a great Restaurant needs a great leader. Our General Manager, Tim Alles, started in the restaurant business at the age of 14. Worked in the industry throughout his high school years and then moved onto College and is a Johnson & Wales University graduate. His Restaurant Management career began after college with Inn Flight Steak & Seafood chain in suburban Philadelphia where he spent eight years working within their five locations. After Inn Flight, Tim spent 5 years with Harrah's Casino in Atlantic City in Food and Beverage Management. In 2001, Tim relocated with his family to Up-Sate New York where he opened two restaurants over a 10 year period including the award-winning Red Onion Restaurant in Woodstock NY and the Skytop Steakhouse in Kingston NY.
